OLD BUSINESS:
Working on a new flyer - will be starting from scratch.
Checking on places to put club flyers inviting people to come join our Club
We'll be posting meetings and events on our website. We have had several postings and inquiries since updating the new site. Lots of updates over the last 2 months so be sure to check it out.
We are also now adding videos - currently linking to youtube.com
NEW BUSINESS:
Jay suggested putting on a Club event. We will begin planning this for next year. We are currently gathering ideas for the event. These may include holding a "car show" for OHV's only - Enter a float into the Christmas or Memorial parade. Maybe the Neenah Menasha parade?
Theresa volunteered to get more information
It was also suggest that the club volunteer for local events. For example, the Fox Cities Marathon has many water stations that are sponsored by organizations.

Web Page - Site is now being updated on a regular basis
Trail rides - Trip to Gilbert - August 27th - 30th. So far 6 trucks attending.
*** An OHV sticker will be required for each OHV. Cost is about $40 - This does not include the price of admission to the park.
I have reserved sites at the Sherwood Forest Campground for the trip Aug. 27th - 30th. We'll have one RV site and two tent sites. We can put 2 tents per site and all sites will be together. They have direct access to the OHV
Park for licensed vehicles and are only 1.5 miles from the park. According to the person I spoke with, our reserved area will have room for our OHV's as well.
$20 a night for RV and $16 for tents.

Kevin is leaving Wednesday night and staying at WalMart in Rice Lake - leaving at 6:00 p.m. Call Kevin Bak to coordinate the Wednesday departure - Please contact Kevin if you plan on leaving on Wednesday.

The government is currently attempting to "get more money" by adding additional fees for various classes of cars/trucks/bikes. This may cost us more money for our OHV's or Hobby plates.
