OLD BUSINESS:

Insurance for Club Events - Sam has contacted Butch at Mid West - waiting to hear back from him.  We'll need to find out additional details on what Mid West will cover and determine if it will cover our events. - Still waiting

Proposal to raise club dues: Single to $40 and Family to $50 Still need to determine how it will be used before accepting the increase.  2010 dues will remain the same.  No decisions made at this time - we'll re-visit the proposal at a later date.

Checking on places to put club flyers inviting people to come join our Club

Suggested that a 50/50 raffle could be done using the clubs name and donate the money for March of Dimes next year.  Jay spoke with Super Bowl, and they are fine with doing this in for the club in 2010 mostly likely in September.

Rider looking into Face Book page and will send out e-mail on details. Nothing new at this time.

NEW BUSINESS:

Working on a new flyer - will be starting from scratch - Please bring your ideas to the March meeting.

Stickers - Joe has done the leg work to get the Club Stickers (Thanks Joe!!) - a motion was made to reimburse Joe the money he spent to get them. You can purchase a sticker from the Club for $6.00 The stickers were purchased from Top Dog and they have the artwork.  You can purchase items from them with the Club logo - items purchased must be in Club colors

March 6th at Finn and Feather - gathering of club members and friends of the clubs.  Contact Chris or Kevin Bak if you plan on attending.

Jay has proposed that the Club get a safety deposit box for important Club documents.  Mary will check into the cost with our current Bank and we'll take a vote on it next month.

February 28th - Waverly swap meet

A motion was made and accepted to have the Club sponsor the bowling team next year - I think the fee is around $30

A suggestion was made to reimburse the representative of the club attending certain meetings - a committee will be formed to determine criteria and possible reimbursement fees

After a discussion about our By - Laws we voted that copy in the brief case was the current copy - The secretary will make a copy for each club member and have additional copies on-hand - a copy will be placed in the safety deposit box - Secretary will keep a copy marked as "official copy" - dates will placed on the copies.

WOHVA - investigating a "sticker" program - currently working with several entities on how to accomplish this.   

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

Safety - Jay is working on a meeting for April or May - location will be with a local business in the Neenah Area.

McCaslin is currently having issues with DNR and may be closed...

Trip to Gilbert going on the calendar for the weekend of August 21st and 22nd. 

Looking into June trail ride in MI for Silver Lake Sand Dunes  - Rider will be researching the event and providing additional information.

July 2-5 MW4WDA Castana central Iowa.

April 1st weekend in Attica Bronco run
