OLD BUSINESS:
Working on a new flyer - will be starting from scratch. Jay do you have a color logo for the club?
Check on places to put club flyers inviting people to come join us.
We'll be posting meetings and events on our website. We have had several postings and inquiries since updating the new site. Lots of updates over the last 2 months so be sure to check it out.
NEW BUSINESS:
Jay also attended the Pipe Line clean up. Commented that trail was exceptional clean.
We still have 4 club shirts left. If we want to order more, they still have the screens so the costs should be low. The company is located in Oshkosh. Mary will follow-up on what it may cost to get more shirts printed.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Safety - Nothing
Wisconsin - Update on WI and WOHVA. We have not joined WOHVA yet. This is in a pending status at this time.

Web Page - Site is now being updated on a regular basis
Trail rides - Trip to Gilbert - August 27th - 30th. So far 6 trucks attending.
I have reserved sites at the Sherwood Forest Campground for the trip Aug. 27th - 30th. We'll have one RV site and two tent sites. We can put 2 tents per site and all sites will be together. They have direct access to the OHV park for licensed vehicles and are only 1.5 miles from the park. According to the person I spoke with, our reserved area will have room for our OHV's as well.
$20 a night for RV and $16 for tents.
