NEXTMEETING IS June 13th

Final plans for the June 13th meeting. It will be held in Mackville, W4538 county rd. "O" (first house after Beansnappers back parking lot on "O"). Meeting will start at 5:00 with potluck dinner (bring a dish to pass) we will decide what meat to purchase during the meeting and maybe fire after (bring your own beverages). Come out any time after 2:00 if you want to play with your trucks there will be some small obstacles set up (any help with obstacles would be appreciated).

OLD BUSINESS:
Joe brought a flyer to the meeting. We’ll use this as a start to create a new Club Flyer.
Check on places to put club flyers inviting people to come join us.
NEW BUSINESS:
How do we get more members and keep them in the club? Talked about having more trail rides and other events. Posting trail rides on our web site along with utilizing the Wisconsin forums and calendar.
Suggested joining Mid West again to take advantage of the insurance they have which extends out to the member clubs and their events.
Suggested building an RTI ramp for the club.
HBY can advertise not profit events – or Good Day Wisconsin could list our weekend event on their web site and possible mentioned on the weekday news.

Safety – Nothing
Wisconsin – Convention Minutes
Reimbursements have been expanded to anything related to w4wda
Membership numbers of OHV is down while motorcycles is up
Suggested some sort of web cam option for broadcasting convention/meetings
White Paper system (sticker program) paper work submitted
Our club is supporting the sticker program and we have joined WHOVA to show support for the program and WHOVA has joined Wisconsin.
WI donated $500 for Trees for Tomorrow
To get the bulk mailing rate for the newsletters, extra copies will be sent out.
Checking into Red Cross Natural Disaster assistance – Sam filling out paper work
State looking into an OHV recreational area – possible several small parks or one big park.
WI paid $100 to join United again.
March of Dimes in October at Overland Parks. Minimum pledge may be lowered this year.
WI considering not printing anymore membership cards to save costs.
Blue Ribbon – Justin - Economy causing states to pull money from OHV areas – Utah safety issues with unpaved roads and having beau of land management maintain the roads.
Web page – Kristin – page has been updated. Pictures added and directions for Rustic Roads trips added along with other details.
Trail rides – Trip to Gilbert – August 27th – 30th.
