OLD BUSINESS:
Insurance for Club Events - Sam has contacted Butch at Mid West - waiting to hear back from him. We'll need to find out additional details on what Mid bWest will cover and determine if it will cover our events.
Proposal to raise club dues: Single to $40 and Family to $50
After a discussion from the club, we'll need to define what the dues will be used for.
Need to find a copy of the incorporation forms and other appropriatebdocuments to do this.
***I searched through the documents in the briefcase but did not find any incorporation forms, I did find the by-laws however no mention of changing the dues.
Also need to find how the money we have is currently to be used and then determine how we want to use it today. ***Searched the documents but did not find any meeting minutes going back farther than 2006. The only items going back past that appear to be club membership applications.
Working on a new flyer - will be starting from scratch.
Checking on places to put club flyers inviting people to come join our Club
Suggested that a 50/50 raffle could be done using the clubs name and donate the money for March of Dimes next year.
Rider looking into Face Book page and will send out e-mail on details.
NEW BUSINESS:
$50 will be given to Dean for the use of the back room at the Dome - Harold and Mary have been tasked with determining the "gift" to be given
Waiting on update from Joe for sticker pricing.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Safety - No updates
Wisconsin - March of Dimes went well despite low turnout. Wisconsin now a member of WOHVA.
Blue Ribbon - Nothing to report
Web Page - Site has been updated with October's wheel'n trip
Trip to Gilbert going on the calendar for 2010 2nd or 3rd week of August.
Looking into June trail ride in MI for Silver Lake Sand Dunes
